Our cannolis are freshly filled upon each delivery but we understand that they may not be eaten right away. The cannolis themselves are safe to eat for up to a week when properly refrigerated. However, the shell does begin to get soggy after only a day. That is why we offer the option to have items delivered so that the shells and filling are separated. This allows you to fill each cannoli yourself when needed to ensure the best experience. It also allows for a fun and simple way to make each cannoli feel more personal.
